Recently we closed our physical location (Rise Women's Wellness) and we're moving completely online! While that prevents us from doing in-person exams - it still allows us to help women in so many ways! With a farther reach! Read through the many things we can help with.

PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF you are currently covered by ANY Federal or State insurance (such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, TriCare, Medicaid - any state, etc). Their rules are very strict that prevent you from being a patient with Natural Health NP, LLC. You can still participate in our courses that are being developed and will guide you on taking charge of your own health.
Currently patients are being accepted from Utah and/or Colorado. Those who live outside of these states can still participate in our courses that are being developed. These will guide you on taking control of your own health.
