Returns & Refunds policy

We are always happy to see our products helping you to accomplish your goals. However if you think you need to get a refund, please, read the sections below including the Arbitration Agreement that you are agreeing to.

Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

The Consumer Rights Act gives you rights to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can't help you to resolve the matter or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description. In those cases the refund period is 60 days from the moment of the purchase.

We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:

  • Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.

  • Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to our technical support.

  • Product not-as-described: such issues must be reported to our technical support within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please kindly note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software that is not specified in our products' descriptions.

However, as a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • You change your mind about an item;

  • You bought an item by mistake;

  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;

Said Refund Policy is provided through our website in open access. Please note that when purchasing a product through our website you are, as a customer, considered to be aware of our Refund Policy statements.

Arbitration Agreement:

This Agreement is made on the date of purchase, between Natural Health NP, LLC of 412 North Main Street, #100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82438, hereinafter referred to as "First Party" and Purchaser of any product provided by Natural Health NP, LLC of hereinafter referred to as "Second Party."

WHEREAS, the business relationship between the parties commenced at the time of purchase, as defined in the original business contract, namely purchase, which is attached and incorporated herein;

AND WHEREAS the parties herein recognize disputes and differences may arise between the parties;

AND WHEREAS the parties recognize that litigation in court can be time consuming and expensive;

AND WHEREAS the parties agree it is in their best interest to appoint an arbitrator to resolve such disputes as they arise;


The parties hereto agree to refer the following matters and responsibilities to the Arbitrator:

To resolve all disputes and differences under the original contract

To review the terms of the contract and determine the amount payable by one party to the other, if any

To make provisions for the payment of debts and liabilities of the business including income tax liabilities

In the event there are any disputes or controversies that arise between the parties pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid Contract, then the parties are waiving their right to litigate these issues in court and instead elect to have these disputes resolved through arbitration.

The parties agree that any disputes are to be arbitrated through the American Arbitration Association and that the parties agree to abide by the rules of the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

WHEREFORE, it is agreed that all claims and disputes arising or relating to the Contract are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming. Said arbitration is to be resolved through the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and the parties agree to abide by these rules.

Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration shall be issued in writing and the arbitrator shall be mutually selected pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Any arbitration award may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be considered accepted by Miriam D. Hughes, Member on behalf of Natural Health NP, LLC and by "Second Party" on behalf of "Second Party" once a purchase has been completed through online/internet means.
